First of all: I am not rating the ice cream here !! but today's service! We were there for the first time and curiosity grabbed me. When asked if the ice cream was made in-house, I got the answer in an unfriendly way You: "I think so" Then I asked if she always answers so rudely You "everything is described on the door, I don't have time for that, customers wait" Yes, there were really 2 customers waiting behind us. But my wife was still there and chose the type of ice cream. For me, unfriendly service is simply no go. Bad staff can ruin a lot of your image! The ice cream she bought ended up in her own garbage can. No longer had an appetite for the ice cream from the lady.
